Richard Brewster, son of Richard Brewster of Thorp-Audlin, labourer, son of John Brester of Fishlake, labourer, by Elizabeth his wife, daughter of Robeart Scales of Thorne, carpenter. Son of Hannah Baram, daughter of Thomas Baram of Upton, labourer, by Elizabeth, daughter of Roger Holt of North Elmsall, labourer. Born on Sunday the 6th of September and baptized on Sunday the 4th of October, 1812 at St Mary the Virgin in Badsworth, Yorkshire.[1]
Richard married Rebecca Hill on 31 May 1836 in Ackworth, St Cuthbert, Yorkshire, England.[2]
