29 Oct 1748: Edward Brice, son of Charles Brice, aged 19 years. Named as a life in a lease for land in the parish of Raloo.[1]

8 Jan 1788: Grant to Edward Brice Kingsmill, principal surveyor of the Revenue in the Port of Belfast, that he may take and use the surname and bear the arms of Kingsmill, at the request of his younger brother, Robert Kingsmill, 1st Baronet[2]
