Biography

Ann was born in January or February 1684/5, the daughter of William Bridges and Anne Heydon, also known as Dame Anne Boughton. She was baptised at the church of St Michael, Coventry, Warwickshire on 13 February 1684/5: ^[1]

Her father William died the following month on 10 March 1684/5, and was buried in his family's parish of Keynsham, Somerset on 15 March. ^[2]
