Elizabeth Bridgham was born about 1838 in Roxbury, Maine. She did not appear in her parents’ household in the 1850 census.

The 1842 Philadelphia Inquirer carried this brief news item, which might refer to Elizabeth:

A child of Mr. Bridgham, of Roxbury, Massachusetts, was run over by an omnibus a few days since, and killed.

NOTES

Elizabeth does not show up in George and Mehitable's family in the 1850 census. For this reason alone, I am assuming that she died before 1850.

The "Philadelphia Inquirer," Oct 27, 1842, carried this:

A child of Mr. Bridgham, of Roxbury, Massachusetts, was run over by an omnibus a few days since, and killed.

This could be Elizabeth.
