Biography
Daniel W. Briggs, pioneer of Appleton, Wisconsin. Son of John Briggs (1609) of Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Daniel brought his family to Appleton. Two sons, Ansel Bailey Briggs and Robert Cornell Briggs, and a daugther. Daniel married three times (3rd spouse not found):
