Leona Rae Briggs, daughter of Raymond H. and Esther Mae (Kendall) Briggs, was born October 8, 1933 at Heber, Arizona. She married Harvey James Arthur on July 29, 1951. He was born August 24, 1932 at Phoenix, Airzona. His parents were James Eugene and Cora Goldie (Barnett) Arthur. Their children were:
