Christened at Bethersden on 7th February 1790, daughter of John Bright and Margaret Beaker who were married at Great Chart, Kent, on 23rd April 1785. Buried at Bethersden on 14th June 1871. Phoebe's name appears in the censuses as Phebe or Phebee. See husband John's notes for more information.
