Sam Kelley Bright was born on February 4, 1900 in Groveton, Trinity, Texas, United States, son of James Wollam Bright (1866–1947) and Dora Minerva Kelley (1875–1962).[1]
Sam died on October 4, 1982 in Austin, Travis, Texas, aged 82.[4]
