Biography

Eliza was born in St. Hilaire in 1847[1][2] She used the name Elizabeth on her daughter Emma's marriage record.

She had not yet married in 1861[3] or in 1871[4]

Alphone and Elisa Tremblay were married in 1869.[5]

The couple and family of seven children immigrated to the US in 1892.[6]

They had 12 total children, 10 were alive in 1900, 8 were alive in 1910[7]

She spoke French 1900 and 1910 US census.

Was present in Holyoke, MA in 1920 with Bertha (39) and Romeo(30) living with them.[8]
