Cornelis was born before 1752. He is the son of Cornelis Brink.
Cornelis married Maria Hommel, daughter of Johannes Hommel and Anna Immula Schneider, marrying on 26 Apr 1778, Katsbaan, Ulster, New York.

- Kingston marriage notice Apr. 26 1778, #1635 in Hoes, says both parties born and resident under the jurisdiction of Katsbaan.[3]
