Cornelis was born before 1752. He is the son of Cornelis Brink.

Cornelis married Maria Hommel, daughter of Johannes Hommel and Anna Immula Schneider, marrying on 26 Apr 1778, Katsbaan, Ulster, New York.

  • Katsbaan Ch. baptism notice for Cornelis July 4 1752, #278 in Olde Ulster transcription (p. 273), lists parents as Cornelis Brink and Anna Wenne. Witnesses were Frederich Wenne and wife Anna Maria Dewit [maternal uncle and aunt].[1]
  • Marriage judged from Klinkenberg (p. 2) and minersdescent genealogy.[2]
  • Kingston marriage notice Apr. 26 1778, #1635 in Hoes, says both parties born and resident under the jurisdiction of Katsbaan.[3]
