• Regarding the date of birth of 19 Aug 1797 as calculated by Nick van der Westhuizen on 3 Jul 2018, the following comment from Keith Meintjes: "From her age at death we can calculate a birth date: 19 Aug 1797. I believe this is incorrect. For one thing, she would have been age 12y 2m at the birth of her first child. Her parents are certainly correct, and there is no indication there was another daughter of the same name." ^[12]
