I don't believe William was a son of Samuel Brittain and Mary Martha Alburtis Brittain. The family search reference you list shows him a son of a James Brittain and a Mary Isabel Witty. All my info on Samuel does not show him as a child.
I know this comment was from more than a year ago, but now Family Tree Search is showing him as the son of James Brittain/Mary Witty AND Samuel Brittain and Mary Alburtis, which is kind of confusing? Do you have any definitive evidence that disproves the parentage shown here on Wikitree, while also showing he is the son of James/Mary, or any other possible parents? Just curious!

Setting people to open is how fantasy genealogy gets added, people get disconnected, etc.

William appears to have been disconnected from his family on GEDCOM export or import; can you find who he should be attached to? (Also, if he was born before 1815, which the marriage date in the notes suggests, his privacy status should be open rather than public.) Thanks!
