Biography

Moses was born on May 1, 1769 in Natick, Massachusetts to Thomas Broad and Abigail Mann. [1]

He married Polly Travis on February 17, 1791 in Natick. [2][3] They had previously filed their Intention to Marry on January 23. [4] Moses and Polly had 6 known children:

  1. Fanny
  2. Joanna
  3. Josiah
  4. Silvanus
  5. Melsa
  6. Mary Ann

According to the Natick Vital Records, Moses died on June 29, 1837, [5] however his tombstone gives his date of death as June 30. He is buried in the North Cemetery in Natick. [6]
