She descends from Johann Michael PROBST, our other immigrant line. 7 children listed by Caroline Price p. 99. A widow Sarah A. BROBST of Ringtown in Lehigh Co PA received a Civil War pension of $8.00 in 1883 -- was this her, perhaps pension from a son (husband Samuel BROBST died before the war)? Berks online index to wills shows Sarah BROBST d. 1905, Book 1-267-15.
