He lied about his age to join the US Army in 1918 served in the 317th Ambulance Company 80th Infantry Division. He is the bother of Ernestine Brock Strauss Alan Louis Brock

He worked for FHA as supervisor for Home Inspecting. He just supervised the inspect most houses built after WW2 in Delaware County Pa. He was involved with 80th Division WW1 Association. He died in home on Normandy Road Upper Darby Pa. on December 19,1975 Glenwood Memorial Cemetery
