Eliza was born in 1832 in England. According to the 1901 Census she came to Canada in 1847 with her parents. Eliza Brock ... She passed away in 1910.
NOTE - Eliza is found on the 1861 with her first husband, who dies in 1863. James Reeve's first wife Sarah dies April 30, 1864 (source - find a grave). James and Eliza have their first child in January 1866. So they were married sometime between May 1864 and Jan 1866. Below you will see her 2nd marriage with a date of 24 Jun 1859 - which is an obvious error. Probably should read 24 June 1865. But she says she is 32 years old so doing the math would mean 24 June 1864 - just two months after James's first wife died???? Possible but . . . Anyway I need to get the reel in and look at the original - not the transcription. Tho I did just read where the originals were copies of copies so errors were made there too. This is the correct marriage as it names Eliza's parents.
NOTE: do not know who these three McRoberts children are - in 1861 possibly the same Elizabeth and William are living in Manvers Twp, Durham Co with a John McRobets
