Biography

Oscar Willis Brock was born in 1862 in Elk Creek, Pennsylvania to parents Steward Clemence Brock (1834-1907) and Nancy Ann (Mitchell) Brock (abt.1838-1910). He had one older sister, Ida Leonora, two younger sisters, Anna Isadora and Ola Mary.

He married Hattie Brock in August 1891. They raised 6 children, 3 boys and 3 girls, on the family farm. He died December 24, 1919, at age 49, from nephritis.
