For some reason, the Familysearch tree has her as Nicy Harris, but by her own son's statement she was born a Brock and married her first cousin, David Brock.
Her son "Texas Isaac" Brock sent a letter to Willis Brock, in which he explains: "My father's father name was Loyed, my mother's father name was Isaac. The two old men was brothers. My father and mother was cousins. The old men came from Germany but they never did tell me they ran away from England or Germany. Now I will give you grandfather's children names. Hiram and Isaac and Ruben, the girls Unicy and Anney. Unicy is my Mother, I never seen any of my father's brothers or sisters."
