Biography
Rosabell was ill for several years before her death. During this time, she spent her time sitting in her chair, in the winter time, she kept it pulled close to the stove. It was thought she was diabetic, and also, there was a water tumor in her abdomen which was estimated to weigh 40 pounds at the time of her death. Surgery was not considered. According to her son-in-law, Ralph, "Rosabell was the kindest, sweetest person I ever knew". In 1900 census her name was listed as Rosa.
