Death

April 6, 1951, Funeral notice : Services for Squire Brockman, 81, a blacksmith, will be held Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. from Macy's drawing room with interment at Linn Grove. Brockman was the last of the original Negro settlers of Deerfield.

He passed away about 1951, Greeley, Weld County, Colorado.[8]
