Though sometimes indicated as Polish, Broda was actually born to Ukrainian parents.
Research Notes
I searched Manitoba Vital Stats for a birth record and came up shy. The closest was a Vladistov Broda on May 12, 1914 in Brandon born to Mary Heitch.
I also searched Family Search for census records and came up dry. Only found his Find A Grave entry. Dudgeon-166 15:21, 21 February 2019 (UTC)
