Biography

Eusèbe Brodeur was born on 30 Aug 1839 and was baptized the next day in Saint-Hugues parish in Saint-Hyacinthe, Bas-Canada. He was the son of Eiusebe Brodeur, farmer, and Apolline Gobeille. Sponsors at Eusebe's baptism were Honoré Laplante and Adélaide Couturier; neither sponsor signed the register.

At age 29 Eusèbe, an organ builder, married Hermeline Cardinal on 2 Feb 1869 in Ottawa, Carlton, Ontario, Canada.

Eusèbe Brodeur died at age 73 on 11 Apr 1913 in Saint-Hyacinthe; he was buried three days later in Saint-Hyacinthe Cathedral parish cemetery.
