The is biography for Robert Christopher Brodie.
In 1961 Robert was put in to the hospital for Rheumatic Fever. He was paralyzed on his lower extremities. There is no good explanation for his recovery.
On July 4th, 1972 he went to a party at his Brothers friends house. It was a good day. A great house in the Mountains above Kaimuki. When he finally left, he and his buddy had ingested lots of party things and ended up meeting a telephone pole. The telephone pole won. He was not found at the original crash site because he had been ejected from the vehicle. He Flew a distance, landed on his face, and smacked his head on a stone wall. He was found hours later by the person that had the house of the stone wall he hit. The ambulance came back and rushed him to Kapiolani Hospital. His heart stopped three times while he was on the operating table. He lost at least 5 minutes of Oxygen. In 2015 he is still going fine.

Do you know why some of the Brodie branches which are direct descendants of Brodie leaders are not considered nobility anymore or important figures in Clan Brodie. I feel very displaced as I feel it is my birth right and to feel my birth right to be stripped away from me and my family has caused me a lot of distress. As well as the Scotland National trust having a laugh at me for trying to claim my family estate back and not even bother to reply to some of my messages. As a fellow member of the Brodie Clan and someone so dedicated to our family, I look up to you as a rolemodel and feel maybe you'd know why people seem to have a laugh at me and see me as some kind of joke when I'm very passionate about my family clan and my ancestors and our birthrights. Cheers, Victoria

I just wanted to let you know that you will be seeing my name pop up on your feed for editing Brodie profiles. I'll just be fixing the category for Brodie Name Study when used with a location. Instructions for these categories are on our project FAQ page and how to properly structure them so that we are all using the same format. This will enable them to index correctly on the category pages. If I run across any closed profiles, I may need your help. ;-)

I am work on the categorization project and am working on uncategorized categories where there are many Brodie categories. http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:One_Name_Studies
Perhaps we should put them all under Category:Brodie Name Study which I see on your page. This way they have a category. Others should technically be Category:California, Brodie Name Study - this is so everyone can find them. Please let me know how I can help. Cheers!
