Descendant of Dr. Joseph John Brodie, 1852, Madras, Tamil Nadu, India.
When Dr Anthony Herbert Brodie was born on January 5, 1891, in Tamil Nadu, India, his father, Joseph, was 39 and his mother, Florence, was 26. He married Augusta Elia Zakaria on December 1, 1920, in Ba`qubah, Diyala, Iraq. They had three children during their marriage. He died on April 15, 1969, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, at the age of 78, and was buried in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.
