Robert Brodie is a member of Clan Brodie.
When Robert Brodie was born on March 10, 1790, in Lochwinnoch, Renfrewshire, Scotland, his father, William, was 20 and his mother, Margaret, was 17. He married Margaret Angus in Scotland. They had eight children in 19 years. He died in 1871 in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland, having lived a long life of 81 years.
