Overlijden
Ze moet zijn overleden voor 1796 wanneer de registratie van lijken begint want daarin wordt geen Mechteld Broekman of iets wat er op lijkt vermeld. Ook staat ze niet als doopgetuige vermeld bij een van haar neefjes en nichtjes.

Birth
Mechtildis was born in 1767 as the eldest of a set of twins. She was baptized on 28 dec of that year.. She is the daughter of Henricus Broekman and Helena Brusten. Sponsors at her baptism were Geurt Derrix and Maria Henrix.[1]
Death
She must have died before 1796 when the registration of corpses started in Nijmegen because there is no Mechteld/Mechelien etc Broekman mentioned, Also no sponsor at the baptism of the children of her brothers and sisters with her name is mentioned.
