Jeff is a Wiki Genealogy Volunteer following these tags:
My father's ancestors are the Bronks family from Kursenai, Kovno, Lithuania. I'm interested in tracing the history of this family.
I've been an unofficial connector for many months. Maybe I should join the group.
Because I live here
Maiden name of my great-grandmother Mina (Minnie) from Lithuania.
I'm descended from a Lopata family who left Odessa, Russia and arrived in England around 1902. I have no information about where they came from before this and would love to hear from anyone who is researching the same family.
I've already joined quite a few notables to the global tree. Recent example: Arthur O'Shaughnessy, the Victorian poet.
Because I also live here

HI, Jeff. Took so long cause I couldn't figure out what to do. We're both private and Barnes Wallis as well. Put the picks on his father's page temporarily. Use them as you will. No bouncing bomb however!

Hi Jeff,

I've approved the merge of the Daniel Gridleys, but I thought I'd let you complete the merge so that we can get the most accurate birthdate, as on each of the profiles they're three years apart. Sincerely, Amy

Jeff, my gedmatch list shows by comparing someone on your tree here 1-5 ancestors who potentially exist in our family trees: There are five Berman/Cohen names:Yours are Fanny Berman Cohen (P-8)1, Isaac Berman (B-306),And others. I'm most interested in Israel-Alexandr Shura Berman (also B-306) and Betty Berman (P85) b. in Russia. But all of these Bermans could be related to mine. (My tree with Bermans is not yet in Wikitree. I'm working on getting each item to be correct,) Please reply to; I'm 78 and want to find living relatives and their ancestors.

Hi Jeff. Could you add Operation Chastise as a category for Barnes Wallis? I've been working on the flyers but it was really his project. C.

Hi, I noticed that you have created a profile for the Poet Laureate, Cecil Day Lewis and his wife. I recently took photos of their gravestones in Stinsford , Dorset (He had requested permission to be buried there, close to the heart grave of Thomas Hardy) I'd like to add them.. and also a bit more detail about the life of this writer. Is there any reason why his profile should not be set to open (and marked as a notable?)
