Biography

William Spencer Bronson served in the Civil War Musician Enlisted in Company G, Connecticut 27th Infantry Regiment on 22 Oct 1862.Mustered out on 27 Jul 1863 at New Haven, CT His occupation was listed in 1860 as a "gilder" (possibly in his father's button factory) In 1870, he worked in a "gem shop"
