"To dau. Anne Thompson and hrs., 6 slaves. I confirm a gift formerly made by me to grand-son Rapheal Thompson, of a slave and her increase and also a gift formerly made by me to grand-dau. Eleanor Thompson., of a slave and her increase. To grand-dau. Mary Eleanor Comb and hrs., slave and her increase, To grand-son John Francis Towney [Taney] and hrs., one slave. To grand-son John Diggs and hrs., slaves. To grand-son Rapheal Brooke some slaves. My old slave, Nell, to choose which of my 3 living daus. she will serve, and to her choice, I give her. To grand-dau. Eleanor Diggs, one slave. To daus. Mary Taney and Henerite Brooke all the rest of slaves. To hrs. of son-In-law John Lancaster, my mourning ring.
