Hannah was born in 1778. She is the daughter of Philip Brooke and Mary Grant. ^[1]

On 23 June 1799 Hannah (from the parish of Old Sodbury) married William Long in Gloucester. ^[2]

Another reference has the marriage taking place at Old Sodbury and says that William was 'of St Catherine's Gloucester. ^{[3] [4]}
