Biography

Thomas was born in the Westminster Union Workhouse in London to Elizabeth Brooker, as her' base born' son. A Y66/67 FTDNA match has suggested that his father could be of the Baker family of Kilburn, London. Most likely, Joseph Baker. Thomas Edward was a bootmaker. [1]
