Biography
Sylvia was born 08 May 1886, daughter of John Brooks and Modeste Ouellette. She was married twice: first to Ludger James Loubier on 16 June 1908; then to Alexander Joseph Dionne on 16 May 1927. Sylvia died on 02 Aug 1965 and is buried in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery in Waterville, Kennebec County, ME.
