Mary Jane Brooks was born on July 4, 1837 in Scarborough Township, Upper Canada to Edward Brooks and Helena Brock.
On January 12, 1864, Mary Jane married George Fitzpatrick in York, Ontario, Canada.
In 1871, Mary Jane and George lived in York, Toronto, Ontario with their three children, William, Charles and Mary. They were reported to be Irish Methodists. [1]
