OBITUARY[7]
- Death of Mrs. Everett. The Boston Transcript, of the 5th inst, thus notices the death of Mrs. Everett already announced by telegraph : Charlotte Gray, wife of the Hon. Edward Everett, died at his residence in Summer street, on Saturday night, after a long and painful illness. The deceased was a daughter of the late Hon. Peter C. Brooks, of Medford. She was married May 8th, 1822. The funeral took place at noon to-day.
