WEDDING REPORT. Wedding Bells.—A quiet wedding took place at Yambacoona last Friday 3rd inst., the contracting parties being Mr Roland A. Grave and Miss Denise D. V. Brooks. The ceremony was performed by Rev. L. I. Perkins, The bridesmaids were Molly and M?? Brooks and Mr Arthur Grave attended the bridegroom as best man. Mrs Brooks entertained the immediate friends and relations and the usual toasts were honoured. In the evening a most enjoyable time was ?? by a number of the young folk.

OBITUARY. Mrs. Rowley Graves. The death occurred on Sunday morning, with tragic suddenness, of Mrs. Denise Dora Graves, wife of Mr. Rowley Graves, of North King Island. Having attended the marriage of her nephew at Currie on Saturday evening, the news of her death next morning came as a great shock. The sympathy of all the residents on the island will be extended to her sorrowing husband and six children. Friends are advised that the funeral will leave the home of Mr. Les, Young, Currie, at 2 p m, this afternoon (Wednesday) for the Currie Cemetery.
Her husband, Roland, died on 12 Apr 1968 at Warragul, Victoria, Australia.
