Biography

Birth & Upbringing: Born 1948 in Salisbury.
Education: He was schooled in Salisbury at Prince Edward High School. [1]
Occupation: Part-time policeman - joined the BSA Police Reserve in August 1973;Reg. No. ; served until March 1979
Demise: Killed in action while serving as a Field Reservist with Special Branch in Chilimanzi (Operation Repulse) [2] [3] He was 31 years of age.
Burial: David was buried at the Warren Hills Cemetery on 15 March 1979 following a semi-military funeral[4]
