Wallace was born in 1899 to parents Eloi Clephas Broussard and Eudolie Duhon.
His mother passed away when he was just a few months old and he was raised by his single father and paternal grandparents A.C. and Rosa Arsene Broussard.
His father remarried, to Marie Louise Guidroz when he was a young child, and he was blessed with multiple siblings although remained very close to his cousins, aunts and uncles with whom he was partly raised at his grandparent's home.
He married Pearl Irene Menville on 12 Feburary 1919 in Brewster, Texas, USA [1] and together they had at least the following children.
Wallace passed away in 1983 [2] and his beloved Pearl passed away Christmas Day of the same year. [3]
