Athanase (Thimothee), born 8 Feb 1741 at Chipoudy, Acadia (AG: v.6, #1-5), son of Joseph dit Beausoleil & Agnes THIBODEAU, married Anne BOURGEOIS, daughter of Paul & Marie Josephe BRUN; daughter Isabelle born 1763. He and wife were listed as prisoners at Halifax, Nova Scotia, in 1756 (AGE: v.5, #1-13).
Probably also the Tanace BROUSARE listed with wife and three children as prisoners at Halifax in Aug 1763 (AGE : v.11, #9-5). They probably arrived in Louisiana in 1765 , since Athanase is listed in the 1766 Attakapas District census (AG: v.6, #1-5).
