Fact: ****PROBLEM**** This man is listed here and also as L2LV-4KR as son of Samuel Abraham Brown & Johanna Loomis*** **I am not sure which are the parents but this man left a will which shows several more children and should help in solving the problem***

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Samuel by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Samuel:
I'm a member of Brown-45 subgroup on FamilyTreeDna Brown Project. A descendant of Nathaniel Brown b. 1791 d 1860 both in Kentucky is a member of Brown-45. The following is one gedmatch of my own with another linked member here.
Have you made any progress in sorting out the several Samuel Browns in Nelson County, KY? I'm exploring the one who was born about 1740, married Henrietta Hobbs, and died in 1830. His brother, according to some researchers is Nathaniel (which you mention in your bio).
