Biography
Amanda was born in 1815, in Virginia. She married Evan Price Young on August 5, 1832 in Guernsey County, Ohio. He was a boot and shoemaker. She and her husband had eight or more children.
Amanda passed away in 1866 in Chariton, Iowa. In 1867, Evan married a widow, Sarah (Turk) Percifield.
