This update written Nov 25th 2013 by Isaac himself, I have just uploaded a GEDCOM with about 1000 ancestors and relatives stretching back to the 9th century through royal lines on my mother's side and back to the 1700s on my father's. I believe my father's side contains the Ritchie clan based on my remembrance of now lost research from a relative on that side. I also recall an early governor of Maryland that served for a very short term, pre-revolution, but the likely suspects from wikipedia don't have surnames that seem to fit that bill.

We're very active on our social sites and we have an excellent blog where you'll find our monthly newsletter as well as tips, interviews with our members and guest posts from others in the genealogy community.
Try our Relationship Finder! It searches 20 generations. If you find a duplicate profile, the other managers are probably related. You can use this to find out how!

Just checking in with a few quick tips:
Free Space pages are wiki pages for supplementing your family history. They can be used to profile anything of significance such as a special pet, a meaningful event, a school you attended, a family heirloom .... They're "anything pages".
Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.
Do you have any questions I can help with?

How To Use WikiTree is a good place to start. It is a step-by-step-guide to WikiTree basics. Our G2G Forum is searchable or you can post a question there. The Help Index is also an important place to find how to do most tasks.
It is very important that no duplicate profiles are created in WikiTree. Please read this page for clues on avoiding profile duplication.
Feel free to ask me via my profile page if you have any questions. ~Terry~
