Biography

Rebecca Elizabeth Reese was born on June 15, 1770. She married Amos Brown on March 17, 1788 when she was 17 years old. She died on July 8, 1843, at the age of 73, and was buried in Jefferson City, Tennessee. [1]

Her husband Amos passed away on August 25, 1842, in Cherokee, North Carolina, at the age of 76. They had been married 54 years.
