Biography

Daniel Brown was born 21 Dec 1703 in Watertown, MA, son of Joseph Brown and Ruhamah (Wellington) Brown.[1][2][3]

Daniel married first Eliot Poulter[3] about 1728, and had two children with her:

  • John (bap. 1729) [4]
  • Ruhamah (b. 1731).[4]

Daniel's first wife Eliot died July 1735[2] or 11 Mar 1734.[3]

He married second Ann(e) Bright, of Watertown, 16 July 1736.[5] Daniel and Ann had eleven children, all born in Lexington:

  • Nathaniel Bowman (b. 1737)
  • Abisha (bap. 1738),[6]
  • Ann (b. 1739)
  • Daniel (b. 1741)
  • Esther (b. 1744)
  • Jerushah (b. 1746)
  • Martha (b. 1749)
  • John (b. 1751)
  • Hannah (bap. 1754),[7]
  • Hannah (b. 1756)[4]
  • Mary (b. 1758).[4]
