Frank Earl Brown was born on the 10th of March 1906 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana the son of Winfield Scott Brown 1854 - 1932 and Dollie Mae O'Donnell Brown 1870-1931. He was one of 12 children born to Winfield and Dollie Mae.

Frank Earl Brown, SR. and Grace McCann were married in a TRIPLE WEDDING Ceremony with Frank's brother Roy T Brown, Sr. and their sister, Audrey Brown. There was a big write up in the Indianapolis newspaper. Roy and Hazel were the only ones out of the three couples to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary with their spouse due to a spousal death of the other two couples. Neither wife remarried.
