One reference gives a birth year of 1752. Death Year range 1806-1808. Birth Place either Providence, RI or Berkshire Co., MA--still researching.

Adah (Angell) Horton "...was the daughter of Esech (Revolutionary soldier) and Martha Brown Angell, granddaughter of Capt. William Brown (Rev soldier) of Cheshire MA, a lineal descendant of Roger Williams, Samuel Winsor, and four of the thirteen signers of the Providence Plantations." Reference (5) I have been unable to find a Revolutionary War Capt. William Brown.
