How are you? I'm David a WikiTree Mentor. Thanks for adding profiles to WikiTree. There are reasons behind the eighth point in our Honor Code: "We cite sources. Without sources we can't objectively resolve conflicting information.
Sources are critically important for genealogy and you will be helping future genealogists by listing where the information you've added came from. This page describes sources and how to enter sources.
Family Search and Find a Grave are free websites for finding sources: https://familysearch.org/search/

Thank you for the message,
I noticed you have a GEDCOM, you will find answers and help here: GEDCOM Help
It is strongly recommended by many volunteers here that you get to know Wikitree by adding a number of profiles manually. And many of us equally recommend against gedcom uploads because of the time it takes afterwards to clean up the resulting profiles. What many of us do is focus on our immediate and direct line ancestors first. See Splitting a GEDCOM here: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Splitting_a_GEDCOM

If you will correct your tags then a Greeter will confirm you as a volunteer.
It is extremely nice of you to offer genealogy assistance; you can post the offer in the G2G Forum: http://www.wikitree.com/g2g or even note it in your biography section on your profiles if you want to. .

I wanted to suggest that you edit your tag(s) to show any surnames you are researching. When you list a surname, location or historical event in your tags, you can then click them and see a list of other WikiTree genealogists who are also researching those names, locations, etc.
You'll also get notifications in your daily & weekly emails when there is activity relevant to your tags.
Information on Tags can be found at http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Tags
This Link will auto-populate your tag page. http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Following
Please let me know if you have any questions! :-)

Welcome to WikiTree! The email we just sent has helpful links to get you started.
WikiTree is different than other genealogy websites because our goal is to have one profile per person, and that means we share ancestors and work together as a BIG collaborative team!
What brings you to WikiTree? Do you have research youd like to share? Are you interested in how your family fits into the big tree?
When you confirm your email address, youll be given an opportunity to volunteer to help document our collective family history. Use the Tags and comments to tell us about your genealogical interests.
When you volunteer, one of our Greeters will confirm your membership. Then you'll be able to add your family to the tree!
We're really glad you're here!
