Lillie married James William Blackwell (1878 - 1962) on 25 Oct 1914 in Sybert, Lincoln, Georgia.[4][5] She was his second wife, and became step mother to 5 children.
In the 1920 census Lillie (age 28) was the wife of J W Blackwell in Lincolnton, Lincoln, Georgia, United States.[6]
In the 1930 census Lillie (age 38) was the wife of Juin W Blackwell in Lincolnton, Lincoln, Georgia, United States.[7]
In the 1940 census Lillie (age 48) was the wife of James W Blackwell in District 186, Lincoln, Georgia, United States.[8]
Lillie died on 14 Jan 1970 in Augusta, Richmond, Georgia aged 78. She was buried in the Double Branches Baptist Church Cemetery in Lincoln, Georgia.[9][1]
