MISS SHIRLEY E. GIRNDT of 440 Midland ave., wife of Charles W. Girndt, died yesterday in Syracuse General Hospital.
Born in Pennsylvania, she had lived in Syracuse eight years and was a member of the Centenary Methodist Church. Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Diana and Gail Girndt; a son, William Girndt; her father, Arthur Brown of Oxford; and two sisters, Mrs. Madeline Wallstron of Buffalo and Mrs. Gwendolyn Hood of Unadilla.
Rites will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Greenleaf Funeral Home, the Rev. Dr. John H. Willis officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens. Calling hours are from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
