Frank Albertus Brown was born October 5, 1875 to George W. Brown and Bethiah (Hawk) Brown in Paulding, Ohio.^[1][2]

Frank married Della May Westfall on February 15, 1900 ^[3] and raised a family with her in Paulding. ^[4][5][6]
