The 1910 U.S. Census for Enid, Ward 3, Garfield, Oklahoma, finds William T. Brown as the 42-year-old head of household. He is listed as white, born in Texas in approximately 1868. His parents are listed as born in Missouri. Also on the census are: Nettie Brown, wife, 36 yrs, born Iowa; Ernest Brown, son, 13 yrs, born in Missouri, and Thelma Brown, daughter, 7 yrs, born in Oklahoma.
The 1920 U.S. Census records William Brown as the 51-year-old head of household in Enid, Ward 3, Garfield, Oklahoma. He is listed as white, and can read and write. He was born in Texas, and indicates that his parents were both born in Missouri. Also listed are Nettie Brown, wife, 44 yrs, born in Iowa, and Thelma Brown, daughter, 17 yrs, born in Oklahoma.
William died in 1926; he is buried in Enid Cemetery in Enid, Garfield, Oklahoma, next to his wife.
